Steve Winczweski

As someone who grew up in Ludington, Steve never knew how unique this town was. He thought that a world class state park, miles of pristine beaches, great schools, expansive inland lakes, and a vibrant caring community was pretty common. It wasn’t until he moved away and explored big cities, and small ones, that he realized how lucky he was to be raised here in Ludington. Steve made his way back soon after realizing that. Serving the community that raised him is a privilege that he is lucky enough to enjoy.

 

 

Steve was an educator and a coach at OJ Middle School in Ludington for 6 years and he carries that commitment to service in his real estate career as Managing Broker for the Ludington Greenridge Realty offices.

 

Habitat for Humanity gives Steve one way to give back and serve those who he may not be able to serve in his day job. "It is an honor to be part of a group of people so committed to helping this community" Steve mentions about his involvement with Habitat for Humanity of Mason County.
